If the order is placed within the business working hours (9.00 – 21.00), you can expect the order to be delivered within 60 minutes to 90 minutes, depending upon the distance and the order.

As of now, we are only delivering in Seawoods, Belapur and Nerul in Navi Mumbai. We are soon going to be operational in the entire Navi Mumbai. But we are not servicing outside Navi Mumbai.

Depending upon the range of the delivery address, the cost will be varied and will also be charged 18% of GST. You can expect ₹40/- of delivery charges excluding GST approximately.

Depending upon the availability of the staff and the business working hours, it can be negotiated with the store manager. However, there is no guarantee that scheduling is a part of our services.

If our delivery person has once reached your doorstep, the delivery person will try to communicate with you, if there is no one at the doorstep, the parcel will be returned to the store, you can collect it from the store premises but re-delivery of the parcel will be charged separately.

We advice you to consume the meat/food within 2-3 days of delivery for raw food items. For ready-to-cook items, the expiry date will be conveyed by the delivery personnel.
